HBA have completed their latest project for The Mercers' Company in the heart of Covent Garden. The stunning 5,000sqft workspace has its own independent entrance linked to the first floor with a new steel and timber stair that winds up past exposed brick, a floating meeting room and suspended globes of light.   The project is BREEAM 'Excellent' and accessibility has also been improved with a new platform lift and WC facilities.

Phase 1 of our Holbron Links workplace retrofit project has achieved PC. The scheme that includes the refurbishment of the iconic Sicilian Avenue provides over 50,000sqft of characterful office space within these Grade II Listed buildings. Phase 2 on the eastern side of Sicilian Avenue has just started on site and is due for completion in mid-2026.

Our latest 'flex' office project for Bourne Office Space has completed in Charlotte St. The scheme provides around 20,000sqft of office space configured into various suite sizes, along with new roof terraces and a tenant gym.

We're delighted to announce that our workplace retrofit project, Bottle Works in Guildford has been shortlisted for a BCO Award. The nomination is the 6th time in the last 7no. years that the BCO have shortlisted one of our schemes and recognises the clever design solutions that have transformed the building. Well done team.

Working alongside Epiphany, we have completed refurbishment works to the Listed 31 Great Queen Street. The scheme has retained heritage features such as 1930s timber screens along with a fully rejuvenated pitch pine floor on the 2nd floor. The spaces have been tied together with a common material palette and timber panels from the previous fit-out have been repurposed in the reconfigured WCs. Bike storage, showers and changing areas have also been added to the building utilis
