Sicilian Avenue reopens

Hale Brown Architects and Structure Tone have completed 31 Southampton Row, a 40,000sqft mixed use building, which represents the final phase of our 5-year revitalisation of Sicilian Avenue for Tristan Capital. This iconic corner of the London streetscape is now fully reopened to the public with new retail units and up to 60,000sqft of sensitively refurbished office space to the upper floors.
