Baker Street planning submitted

Hale Brown Architects have submitted a planning application to reposition the existing office building at 11 Baker Street. The proposals include the addition of 3no. additional floors providing nearly 20,000sqft of office area to the existing 55,000sqft building and a new south-facing communal roof terrace.

The building will be reclad with high-performance, unitised brick and stone facades and a new active ground floor housing reconfigured retail units and an enlarged central reception space.
