HBA have finished the extension and recladding of this former police station to create 50,000sqft of new office space, which has been pre-let to Dr. Martens. The scheme cretaed a new 4th floor with roof terraces east and west and 2no. new brick frontages onto Whitfield Street and Tottenham Court Road.
