HBA have finished the repositioning of this unique building in the heart of Guildford. The 39,000sqft locally-listed building was previously a bottle factory for R. White & Sons. HBA have flipped the entrance of the building to be closer to the town centre and make the most of the historic facade. This amended approach also makes use of a redundant car-park area to create a new, south-facing landscaped area for tenants adjacent to the new entrance. The building is already almost fully let.
