HBA have recently completed the comprehensive refurbishment of 49 Bryanston Square, a Grade II Listed Georgian townhouse for The Portman Estate.

 

The project involved internal reconfigurations to create a 4no. bedroom family home retaining many of the period features while upgrading finishes throughout.

 

New external terraces have been created to the rear and a new self-contained unit in the basement for staff or an older relative.
