HBA have completed the refurbishment of the reception and common parts of the Grade II* Listed Midlands Bank on Leadenhall St

 

HBA have inserted a dark timber reception desk into the white Carrara marble-clad entrance along with deep-blue leather wall panels and brass signage. A new contemporary feature chandelier complements the circular-patterned marble floor.

 

New 'end-of-trip' showers and bike storage have also been incorporated in to the old basement vaults with the original 4-inch thick vault doors retained.

Dark marble has been used to line the shower cubicles in contrast to the white marble upstairs and the dark wood palette is carried through in the new joinery and furniture.
