Planning achieved for this 3W Architecture project on a 25 acre ex-pharmaceutical plant in Basingstoke city centre.

​The new masterplan scheme  focused on creating a new 'Quarter' for this part of Basingstoke.

The Quarter will be designed around large gardens, plazas and tree-lined avenues aiming to create a thriving new community, which will be an exciting place to work, live, learn and relax.
