6 Middle Street has won the OAS Award 2022 for the Best Office Refurbishment Scheme under 35,000sqft in the City of London.
The naturally-ventilated building which was recently let to a single occupier impressed the judges who said : - 'We were particularly impressed with the high quality of the finishes throughout the building, the commitment to providing openable windows to improve air quality for tenants and the clever concealment of the HVAC system behind the feature timber ceiling. Additionally, the leasing success of the building speaks volumes to the quality of the finished product.'
