HBA have completed the sensitive extension and refurbishment of Richard Roger's landmark building in Soho. The building has a unique ceiling treatment that celebrates the existing concrete soffits, but conceals high-level services in a grid, using a 'kit-of-parts' to give the users flexibility and celebrate the influences of Richard Rogers. The building was fully let to a single occupier prior to completion.
