Southwark planning application submitted

HBA have submitted designs to Southwark to reconfigure the entrance to 20 Queen Elizabeth Street. The design move the entrance to the side of the building and drop the slab to provide level access. This reconfiguration also allows the side 'service yard' to be remodelled as an active courtyard to provide amenity space for tenants linked to the main entrance.
