HBA along with Gerald Eve and RE Capital have gained planning consent for alterations to 20 Queen Elizabeth Street. The design moves the entrance to the side of the building and drop the slab to provide level access. This reconfiguration also allows the side 'service yard' to be remodelled as an active courtyard to provide amenity space for tenants linked to the main entrance. The building will also have a new rooftop extension and roof terrace with fantastic views over Tower Bridge
