HBA's phased refurbishment of the 2no. Listed buildings sitting either side of the iconic Sicilian Avenue in Holborn has started on site. Following extensive engagement with LB Camden, 'Project 1' involves the creative reinvention of the 3no. buildings on the western side providing a new upgraded core and improved links between the buildings, while maintaining and enhancing many of the period features. A new enlarged reception area will provide flexibility spaces for tenants and new end-of-trip facilities have been incorporated into the basement. New enlarged retail units are being created behind the retained, historic timber shopfronts.
