HBA , in collaboration with Morgan Lovell have won a limited competition to redesign Direct Line's HQ building in Bromley. The scheme looks at enclosing an existing external courtyard to create a new 'town hall' space with EFTE roof that will improve connectivity across the 4no. buildings on the site and act as a communal 'hub' for the workforce. Due on site late 2021.
