55,000sqft Whitfield St retrofit scheme gains planning consent

HBA have gained unanimous planning consent from Camden Planning Committee for our 55,000sqft retrofit scheme of the old Police Station on Whitfield Street. The scheme adds 20% more NIA to the building with sensitive additions, and will have new brick facades to both Tottenham Court Road and Whitfield St. The scheme is due to start on site in early 2024.
