HBA have created this stunning and sustainable 5,000sqft workspace for The Mercers' Company, with its own independent entrance in the heart of Covent Garden.

 

A new steel and timber stair leads you up past exposed brick walls around a floating meeting room with  suspended globes of light.

 

The 'BREEAM' Excellent scheme features many sustainable aspects such as reclaimed raised access flooring and vanity tops, recycled & EPD flooring, triple glazing, and an ultra efficient HVAC system with CO2 and window contact sensors, to reduce energy wastage.

 

The WCs have been reconfigured to provide showers, changing space and lockers for tenants and accessibility has been improved with a new platform lift and WC facilities.
