HBA were appointed by BMO Real Estate Partners to refurbish and extend existing office floors within this prestigious office development, in Mayfair.

Existing unused flat roofs are to be utilised as high-specification  roof terraces.

Internally, the office floors and common parts are to be fully refurbished to a Cat A specification. New mechanical services are  to be housed in a   minimal plasterboard bulkhead with recessed contemporary lighting and new folding/sliding doors onto the roof terraces.
