HBA have completed our third project for Bourne Office Space transforming an unloved pair of buildings, right in the heart of Fitzrovia into 20,000sqft of flexible office space, with a range of tenant amenities.
The outside of the building has been transformed with a new deep blue appearance, refurbished windows and new awnings at ground floor level.
The entrance has been moved to the corner of Charlotte Street and Scala Street, with an enlarged reception area, including 2no. shared meetings rooms for tenants and access to a new tenant cycle store.
The upper floors now provide a range of serviced office units with shared breakout spaces and kitchens spaces.
The old flat roof has been turned into a stunning, new 1,500sqft roof terrace with extensive planting and a bar area for tenants events.
The previously unusable lower ground floor has been transformed with new landscaped lightwells providing light and amenity to the lower floors offices.
The lower ground floor also has a large, communal kitchen and breakout, phone booths and a fully-fitted tenant gym with sauna, showers
