HBA, in collaboration with Morgan Lovell, have completed our largest project to date with the reconfiguration and refurbishment of this 110,000sqft office building in Hayes. The front facade has been radically altered to open up the frontage and improve visibility. The main staircase has been relocated to the heart of the building and now provides access to a large communal roof terrace
