James joined HBA in 2018, having been a Partner at Garnett & Partners, where he worked with many of the established Great Estates of London.

James worked with The Bedford and Portman Estates on the refurbishment and extension of Listed Buildings as well as larger commercial projects for clients such as Legal & General and Standard Life Aberdeen

James is now running a number of our large commercial office projects and helping to expand our client base.

James combines excellent communication skills with a great knowledge of planning complexities on difficult, historic sites.
