While at Buckley Gray Yeoman, Matt Hale designed this bold refurbishment of a prominent reception, adjacent to Euston Station, using a simple palette of materials, to provide a clarity and sense of space. 



The shallow reception space ​was improved using a curved 'backdrop' wall, creating focus for a new curved Corian reception desk and seating.

The existing entrance canopy  was removed and replaced with a new Corian-clad portico that complemented the existing granite cladding, while adding to an increased sense of depth.
